Take each serving 30 to 60 minutes before your 2 largest meals of the day (e.g., breakfast and lunch). Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24-hour period.  Avoid snacking, and drink 10 glasses of water each day. Avoid usage within 5 hours of bedtime.
