Order, Delivery, Returns & Refunds

Free shipping service should be available in your country. Please ensure that the order value subtotal meets the minimum terms for free shipping, and check to select a free shipping company from the list of available companies before confirming your order. Most orders are processed and shipped immediately upon receipt. So once an order has been shipped, PureHerb cannot cancel it.
