Due to currency exchange rate fluctuations, orders with values very close to the tax-free limit may be subject to Duties and Taxes (D&T). The currency exchange rate may vary between the order date and customs clearance date.

We recommend checking with your local customs office in Oman to determine whether you can import specific items and whether any additional licenses or permits are required.

Shipping

All PureHerb orders are dispatched from our US warehouses to Oman via Air Freight.

The Estimated Delivery window provided reflects typical delivery times. However, certain orders may experience extended transit times due to air freight delays, customs holds, or unforeseen complications beyond our control.

You may be responsible for paying import taxes, customs duties, or a brokerage (handling) fee for your order. These charges are separate from your shipping fee and will be invoiced directly by the carrier of your choice.
