To make a delicious and satisfying smoothie, add 2 scoops (67 g) of SlimStyles® powder to 12-16 fl oz (or 1 1/2-2 cups) of water and shake in a shaker cup or mix in a blender with ice, or use as directed by a health professional. Drink additional water (8-16 fl oz or 1-2 cups) within an hour of drinking the smoothie.

When first taking SlimStyles®, begin with 1 scoop (33.5 g) in a 6-8 fl oz (or 1 cup) of water and gradually increase to 2 scoops (67 g) as directed above.
